Shipping done via US Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. All packages are shipped insured and have delivery confirmation services included.

For small orders, the lowest cost shipping option is USPS.

For larger or time sensitive shipments, we recommend UPS.

Most shipments come from  zip code 01985 unless otherwise noted.

Shipping charges are approximate and depend on weight, value and location (COD fees Extra!!)

Return Policy

We take every precaution to ensure that your purchase is not damaged during shipping.If for any reason an item is damaged please email us at sales@paintedhorsejewelry.com  within 3 days of delivery. We will e-mail instuctions on returning the item and will refund your money after the item is received.

If  you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price as long as it is within 30 days of the date on the invoice. And must be in the original packaging and in new  re-sellable condition.No returns will be accepted if merchandise is not in original package with a copy of the invoice!

We cannot accept returns of items that have been used. Please be sure to inspect all items to insure that they are free of any defects. We are not able to refund shipping charges incurred unless item in defective or the return is a result of an error on our part.

Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
